PC Workshop recently had a customer from Newton Le Willows bring in his badly virus infected Laptop on which he had run his business for the past few months and had lost his data which was no longer accessible to him.
We removed his corrupt hard drive and utilising another PC workshop computer as a slave we rescued all his data, documents, photos etc before removing the offending viruses and malware.
We then conducted a thorough scan of his documents prior to transferring them back to his Sony Laptop, and installed a good security package which will safeguard him in the future!
He actually collected his laptop at 7.30pm due to his work commitments as he knew with prior arrangement this was possible with a family run business.
