PC Workshop day began with a damaged Advent Laptop screen 15.6 inches, the laptop had been dropped and the screen had been damaged beyond repair! Resulting in a myriad of colours on the still lighting up screen area. The customer thought it was beyond repair but 20 minutes later it was as good as new!
The customer from St.Helens contacted PC Workshop after her son finding us in yellow pages and was thankful we carried the part as a normal stock item.
We surprised the customer as the price quoted was a saving of £25 on our nearest competitor who they had price checked, they were further amazed that their laptop would be ready in about half an hour.
