PC Workshop Warrington had a customer from Burtonwood bring along his Toshiba laptop for a DC Jack repair mid afternoon, he wanted it back “yesterday” 🙂 He stressed how important it was to his business, after testing his adapter which worked perfectly, the Toshiba was stripped down and as we had the Toshiba part in stock we were able to complete the repair for the following morning much to his satisfaction, both in cost (£45) and the urgency that we at PC Workshop take for granted as most customers want their second brain back a.s.a.p.
